This fabric is available in thirty colours to match any decor. It has a soft hand feel like suede but lasts many years of enjoyment. It also resists fading and heavy wear and tear. Spills and marks can be easily removed. You can write on it and easily remove the pen marks. This incredible fabric passes UFAC Class 1, CalTB117 flammability.
